One Pot Stuffed Pepper Casserole

INGREDIENTS: 

• 1 Lb Ground Beef

• 1/2 Cup Diced Yellow Onion

• 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced

• 2 Cups Diced Large Bell Peppers

• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

• 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

• 1 Can Diced Tomatoes

• 2 Cups Beef Broth

• 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce

• 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

• 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

• 1 Cup Pasta or Rice, Uncooked

• 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Brown meat, then saute veggies till soft!. Add Tomatoes, Broth, Tomato Sauce, Soy Sauce & Italain Seasoning. Bring To Boil! Add uncooked pasta or rice. Cook till tender. Remove from heat & Sprinkle with cheese! Ready to Serve and Enjoy!!
