INGREDIENTS: 

• 4 Tomatoes, Seeded & Diced

• 1 Green Bell Pepper, Seeded & Finely Diced

• 1/2 White Onion, Finely Chopped

• 2 Minced Garlic Cloves

• 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro

• 1 Jalapeño, Seeded & Finely Chopped (optional)

• Juice of 1 Lime

• 1 Pinch of salt

• 1 Dash of sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a non metallic bowl. Cover and refrigerated!
